DB2 load utility and subsytem

P: 1
Hi All,

I am trying to load a table in one subsytem with QREP ON using DB2 UTILB.Will this load affect any other parallel load on the other subsytem even if i wont be loading into the other subsystem? If it does is it specific to the utility or is there any option i can specify so that i dont bring down the other subsytem as well.

Hi All,

I am in a similar situation - need to do bulk loads (10 million records) in tables which are QREP'ed. My application has Peer to Peer QREP. I plan to use UTILB with LOG YES and RESUME YES and also will have QREP off for the load job (by adding jobname in the Ignore Transaction table). I will be loading on both the sites. Please let me know if anyone has done similar loads. Thanks!

I have loaded a QREP'ed table using UTILB (RESUME NO REPLACE) and it worked fine. I loaded the table on both my sites and the QREP CAPTURE did not interfere with the Utility.
