Hi,
We're looking at our options for purchasing or building an application
inventory product to feed our Change Management and service desk
processess, of course the data it would have to manage would include
hardware/software network, ownership, client base etc..
It's a classic buy or build situation, anybody here sucessfully built
one? I'd be interested in seeing the data model and DB design used to
support it.
