Non-SOAP Web Service in DB2 9

We are able to utilize db2xml.soaphttpv just fine. However, this
only works, as far anyone can tell, with SOAP messages.

Our problem is that we have only one {1} SOAP web service at our
company. The rest are non-SOAP web services. So, my question is
this, is it possible for DB2 to consume a Non-SOAP web service? If
so, how does one do that?

We are running DB2 9 with Fix Pack 2.
