Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error. 5(IBM DB2 ODBC)

Hello,

Since couple of days, I am getting below error whenenver I am trying to run a report in ASP that fetches data from DB2 tables.

Error 2147467259 (80004005h) description:
Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error. 5(IBM DB2 ODBC
driver.

The application is ported at a server on IIS and DB2 database is on other machine. In earlier time all was working fine but since last 2-3 days I am getting this error.
I can run SQL queries on DB2 database using a tool installed on my local machine.. so it seems database is working fine.

Please help me to identify the issue.
