UDB 8.2 Fix pack 14 not working on windows 2000 server

Hello,

Need help in finding a solution.

One of our application is not working with application specific error after the upgrade of UDB client with service pack 14. Tried to connect to UDB server using a simple TestConnection (ASP) program. Opened the Internet browser and at the address box, the 'http://localhost/cpm/testconnection.asp' is added and this program expects the string and when we give the following
Provider=IBMDADB2;data source={database name};server={DB Server Name};User ID={UserId};Password={Password}; the program doesn't return anything but hung up. The following is the configuration of the server:

The configuration of the application(Clarity) server is
Windows 2000 server
MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) 2.8
UDB Client is 8.2 FixPack 14
Excel 2000
