i overcame with a query

"SELECT <FROM <db nameWITH U R"

here what is that "WITH U R" stands for?

I think it should be:

select * from <table namewith ur

"with ur" means "with uncommited read", i.e. you will see rows not yet
commited. The big bonus is that your query wont wait for locks, the
drawback that the result - in some sence - might not be correct.
