A query related to fetch(DB2)

1
My query is like i declare a cursor like
SELECT A,B,C,D
FROM H
WHERE A = a;

Here i will get the sets like a b1 1 6
a b1 2 4
a b2 3 8
a1 b1 4 7 so on......
so its like a 2 By 2 matrix
So how should i fetch all combinations of B and fro each A B combinations i should also take care of updating D
