SQL Package Lock

iSeries and V5R3M0:
when there are many ODBC connection, the QZDASOINIT jobs have a lock
on the SQL package with error SQL0913 (the package is used by another
job) and the QZDASOINIT job remains in wait 30 second before being
executed...
Is he normal ?
