SCOPE for REFERENCE-attributes of aggregated attributes

I am to implement a new data type t_0. One of it's attributes belongs to user defined type t_1. And one of the attributes of t_1 belongs to the reference type t_2.
When I create the table of type t_0 I need to indicate the scope for the attribute of the reference type t_2. Is it possible?

For example:
create type t_2 as (a1 integer,...);
create table t_2_t_0 of t_2;

create type t_1 as (b1 ref(t_2),...);

create type t_0 as (c1 t_1,...);
create table t_0_t_1 of t_0 (c1-b1? with options scope t_2_t_1,...);
