Select Data From Oracle And Insert Into Udb/db2.

I have installed the Oracle Client on a Windows 2003 Server and have connected to Oracle using ODBC. I have a UDB/DB2 V8.1 database on the Windows 2003 Server and would like to select data from a table residing in an Oracle 9i database and insert the data into a table on UDB/DB2 V8.1 database. What is the syntax for selecting data from Oracle 9I database and inserting into UDB/DB2 V8.1 database?
