Load in a partitoned database enviroment

Hi!
I am working in a partitioned database environment in which i created a tablespace on a single node.
The table that exists in that tablespace throws an error on loading with "partitioned db config" in load command
The nature of error is very peculiar saying memory allocation problem.
I just wanted to know the reason for the above problem.I am posting the actual query and the error message so that you guys can get into the specifics.

Command:

db2 "load from cur1 of cursor terminate into temp1_fct_med_wless_prim partitioned db config part_file_location temp output_dbpartnums (0) mode partition_only"

Error msg:
SQL0083C A memory allocation error has occurred.

Agent Type Node SQL Code Result
__________________________________________________ ____________________________
LOAD_TO_FILE 000 -00000083 Error.

There shouldn't be anything wrong with the command. It's a memory issue. You should try to stop any background processes. How much memory does your machine have and which version of DB2 are you using?

Hi!
the same table on being created on all the 4 nodes of my database and being loaded with the same command does'nt throw ne issues relating to memory. As a matter of fact it creates a file on a single node i.e. node 0.
If there would have been ne serious issues relating 2 'memory allocation' it wud'nt have allow me to execute the above command.
