Ftp Using Db2!!

HI all,
Wanted to ask if there is any way to do FTP using DB2 SQL stored procedures.As we can perfrom this FTP using oracle stored procedures.IS there any equivalent procedure to do it in DB2?
Suggestions wud be appreciated
