timestamp & event monitor output - why time is diff???

Local server

C:\TRACE>db2level
DB21085I Instance "DB2" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release "SQL08024"
with
level identifier "03050106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.11.973", "s060120", "WR21365", and
FixPak
"11".

C:\TRACE>db2 connect to tstdb

Database Connection Information

Database server = DB2/NT 8.2.4
SQL authorization ID = mylogin
Local database alias = TSTDB
C:\TRACE>db2 values(current timestamp)
