db2 client on MSCS

Raj
Can any one provide me with instructions on installation of runtime
client on a window$ cluster?
Is it any different from regular client install?

Our system admin needs to know what kind of privileges are needed to
process installation on local nodes or cluster virtual server.

Thanks
