Error Help: CLI0120E Memory Allocation Failure

Hi

Any help would really be appreciated. I am getting the following error in my VB program.

[IBM][CLI Driver] CLI0120E Memory Allocation Failure SQLSTATE=S1001

Any help on what could possibly cause this kind of error would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Please provide more information such as database back-end, VB edition, OS version and if there is any service packs installed. It's will be much more easier to provide solution in that way. Good luck & Take care.

Hi

Visual Basic 6 SP6.
Windows 2000
IBM DB2 Version 8.

The application extracts data from DB2. It is a big job. I honestly dont believe it is the program as it was working fine untill we upgraded to DB2 Version 8. It only runs for 90 min and then crashes with the error. I have increased the memory by 10, no change. I have monitored the job while running in the task manager and it is not using all of the memory.
I am running out of ideas.

Thanks for reply.
