Where is the "ALLOCATE" parameter?

I am writing an application to help in DB2-400 maintenance under i5 OS. Therefore, I need to show the “ALLOCATE” parameter, requested on a “VARCHAR” column definition. It is not in the SYSCOLUMNS table and I did not find it in any other table. iSeries Navigator presents that information, so, it must be somewhere. I just do not know where it is!

Does anybody know where can I find it?

Thanks in advance,
