Load utility

Hi There,

I am trying to load data from IXF file into a table in DB2 version 8.2 and ended up in the middle of nowhere with the following error.
SQL3088N The source column specified to be loaded into database column "34" is not compatible with the database column, but the database column is not nullable.

Any help is much appreciated.

Regards,
Dilip
