Hi,

Are stored procedures / udf's / User Defined Structured Data types not
available in the free DB2 Express Edition?

I am able to create only user defined Distinct Data types through the
Control Centre.

thanks in advance

The free version is called DB2 Express-C. DB2 Express is not free.

Yes, UDF's and SP's are available with DB2 Express-C. You can create them
with the Application Development Client (free download for any version) or
with a regular SQL script.

And even better, the Developer Workbench. It works with both V8 and V9.
You can download it from
