DB2 XQUERY can't serialize unicode string??? STATE 2200W

Works fine if LongDescription contains only english... if I use greek
for example.. I get

are you running the query from the command line? If yes, you get this
error because Double Byte Character Set is not supported for the
command line mode.

If you run the query from the DB2 Developer Workbench or Control
Center, you should be able to see the correct output.
