Updating Eclipse components on DWB : should I ?

P: n/a
I've got DWB running on Windows (not on Linux yet : see separate post).

First thing I noticed is that there are some configuration problems
reported by Eclipse -

org.apache.wsil4j
org.eclipse.wst.xsd.ui
org.eclipse.xsd.editor (and subcomponents)

All are reported as missing.

I wondered if I should update the Eclipse environment using the
standard Eclipse facility.

Or indeed if it is safe to add addition Eclipse plugins : in particular
I wanted to install SubClipse (Subversion interface) to use instead of
CVS.
