among the employees and to retain them
The solution/system has to be built keeping in mind that this will be
implemented as part of an organizations intranet solutions.Some

4.Mother's Day / Women's Day Wishes (Diversity Initiatives)
5.Family Tree
6.Wishes with Localization
7.Simple Greeting Designer (with images, sounds, graphics etc)
8.Database Wish Quotes for various occasions
9.Wishes on achievements /promotions
10.Intra company events /activities managementThe system should provide
facilities for employees to maintain personalized list of people and
dates for sending wishesFor the HR team of the company the system
should help by sending remainders about the wishes as well as
automatically generate and trigger wishes on the right dates without
any human interventionFacility to send wishes & remainders can via SMS
also
The wishes should be available in all languages
Solutions must be created using Open Source technologies like Java,
J2EE, Eclipse, WebSphere Studio, WebSphere Application Server, WAS CE,
DB2, DB2 Express - 'C' etc.Programming language should be Java as
the solutions have to be cross-platform. If the solution requires a web
front end, then scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML could be
used.
