Federated Access - DB2 to SQLServer using unixODBC driver

Hi:

We have a setup which connects a V8.2 32bit db2 instance on AIX to
SQLServer 2000 using the unixODBC driver.

We have 5 SQLServer "Server mappings" and 4 of them work just fine and
can use the nicknames associated with it. The one last mapping is going
against a sqlserver and can't seem to get the nicknames setup on db2.

The error is:
==========
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/6000] SQL1822N Unexpected error code "IM002"
received from data source "SQLSERVERIDX". Associated text and tokens
are " Data source name not found and no default driver s".
SQLSTATE=560BD

I am being told that the name of the NT Server hosting the SQLServer is
different than the "SQLServer name" and this could be the reason for
the mapping not to work.

So, in the odbc.ini file, is it possible to give the SQLServer Name
along with the database name?

The odbc has the following entry for this data source:

[SQLServerIDX]
Driver=/opt/odbc32v51/lib/ivmsss21.so
Description=DataDirect 5.1 SQL Server Wire Protocol
Database=Clarra
Address=192.168.127.57,1433
Is there an option like "Server=<your_sqlserver_name>" that i could add
to the above ????

Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!

Vijay
