running utility task on all tables

i have to do some utility task like reorgnizing and runstat.
but my db contains about 200 table and i think it's very vague to run
this on each and every table
is there any way (like any scripts) to run this on all tables at once

You can use reorgchk to decide if you need to do reorg on all the
tables ..and u can use it to undate stats also
