i can not create db2 sample

Hi Everybody,
I installed the DB2 UDB v 8.2 trial version on Windows xp professional
environment.
In First Steps I tried to create the Sample Database but it gives me an
SQL
error : "Message "-1032" could not be retrieved. Reason code: "5"."

plesae guide me.
