Package cache hit ratio

Good day,

I've been monitoring a DB2 system and noticed a low package cache hit
ratio, I calculated it based on the formula in the db2 information center:

(1-(db.pkg_cache_inserts/db.pkg_cache_lookups))*100

as you can see below the average (most of the time) of the package cache
hit ratio is 30%

these are some values taken with a database snapshot:

Memory Pool Type = Package Cache Heap
Current size (bytes) = 15810560
High water mark (bytes) = 16728064
Configured size (bytes) = 8589934592 ---> Here i have
configured more than the water mark, and still have the 30%

and these are the package cache operations at the same point in time:

Package cache lookups = 22536477
Package cache inserts = 15406540
Package cache overflows = 0
Package cache high water mark (Bytes) = 14065030

What can i do to obtain a better cache hit ratio? :confused:

Thanks in advance.
