internal plan lock and internal sequence lock

Hi, we are using db2 v8.2 on windows , EE edition.

Sometimes while i execute Create Table like oldTable to try to create
a copy table, i got sql error 911 with dead lock message, but when i do
a snapshot for locks by just manually do a copy table, i found there
are two types of lock : internal plan lock and internal sequence lock
with "X" lock mode, does this explain anything? Can some one tell me
what does these two mean?

thank you
