DB2 Upgrade crash Domino 6.0.2CF2

We just upgraded DB2 UDB workgroup Edition on Windows 2003 from V8.1.5
to V8.2.3, server and client with no problem.
Domino server is V6.0.2CF2 on Windows 2003 on another machine, DB2
client is upgraded to V8.2.3.
But Domino keep crashing when we run our application, application is
written by Lotus Script code and Java. They both need to connect to
DB2.
Does any one has the same configuration?
Thanks
