Difference in response between Net Drive and App Drive

Hi
I am making Store procedure calls to DB2 database.
I am using both net driver and app driver to make the call

App Driver: Class.forName("COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.app.DB2Driver");
Net Driver: Class.forName("COM.ibm.db2.jdbc.net.DB2Driver");

Problem:
For a Store procedure call, response when using APP driver is
different from response when using NET driver.

Is there any possibility in which response might differ?
Thanks in Advance,
Varadha
