Store the timestamp in the respective row and use triggers to maintain that
information.

Alternatively you can use db2audit or analyze the log files.

There is no functionality available in db2 to analyze log files.
Therefore, you need another tool/product to do this. IBM recovery
expert v2 can do this for you. It is sold seperately or it may come as
part of an ELA.

Bikash,
what do you actually want to do ?
It is different from finding the timestamp of any insert/update/delete
statement (your title) or finding out when a specific row was changed
the last time.

To keep track for just some data a trigger with an additional column
keeping that timestamp is probably best option.

To find out which DML executed what time check for SQL snapshot and
event monitoring statements.

Also: for what do you need that ?
