web service leaves thread active

Hello,

Environment: db2 v7 on os/390
web service on win XP written in .net (Visual basic)
We have a web service connects to db2 (ODBC) that leaves thread active.
We did turn off connection pooling for ibm db2 odbc driver, but it is still
active. Web service is calling stored procedure that returns result set.

Turning off connection pooling for ibm db2 odbc driver did solve similar
problem with win service, but there we did not work with stored procedures.

We desperately need that thread to go inactive!!!

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Vesna
