Run DB2 commands from CLP. Problem solved. Invoice in the mail.

Assuming you're running under Windows, you need to setup the command
line environment to run commands. If you go through the start menu, you
will see that there are two UDB "command line" type environments. One of
them opens a "vanilla" command window with all of the initialization
done to allow using db2 commands, the other opens the CLP environment.

You can start a db2 command from a window shell using the db2cmd
command.
Something like:
'db2cmd /w /c db2start'
'db2cmd /w /c db2 list db directory'
'db2cmd /w /c db2 -tf commandfile.sql'
