Can't load library "/usr/lib/libcore.a", because load ENOENT on shared library(s)

When I issue

call sqlj.install_jar('file:///f:/jars/mail.jar','MAIL');
I get the messages
SQL4301N Java or .NET interpreter startup or communication failed,

It works on our other boxes at same fixpak level.

DB21085I Instance "db2inst1" uses "32" bits and DB2 code release
"SQL08021"
with level identifier "03020106".
Informational tokens are "DB2 v8.1.1.80", "s041221", "U800400", and
FixPak "8".
Product is installed at "/usr/opt/db2_08_01".
Only difference appears to be

Java Development Kit installation path (JDK_PATH) = /usr/java14
where as working one has /usr/java131. Note. /usr/java14 exists and
works (used by other applications).
