TCP/IP Comm Error

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a client from Solaris runing DB2 client v. 8.2.2 to
DB2 AIX running v 8.2.2.

When I try to connect I receive the following error in the db2diag
file:

DIA3202C The TCP/IP call "connect" returned an errono="145"

Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this????

Thanks in advance!!!

Thanks Larry.

I figured that was what was happening bu wanted some feedback. Turns
out the firewall was letting our traffic through but there was no route
for the traffic to come back.

Solution: Network create a VIP on our side of the firewall and we were
finally able to conenct.

Thanks again!!
