DB2 Net Search Extender help!

Hi,

I installed Db2 NSE 8.2 on my Db2 UDB 8.2.2 windows machine. After
installation, in order to verify the installation is correct or not, I
issued command as:
C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\samples\db2ext>db2text start
CTE0218 Function "StartService()" failed with error code "1069".
I checked the nsesamples.log, it shows:
CTE0184 No db2text start command was issued.

Does someone can help me on this?
