Hi all,

How can I list active users connected to database server in MS-DOS
shell environment. Is there any specific CLP command for this? We are
running DB2 ver 8.1.6.

Thanks in advance.

You have to have the DB2 CLP enabled (i.e. by starting the a DB2 Command
Window), but the command is "db2 list applications"

Hi Ian,

I initialized the CLP by issuing db2cmd command. When I entered "db2
list applications", it complained with

SQL1096N The command is not valid for this node type.

Mehmet

You can run it at the client also after attaching to a remote
instance (or with V8 after connecting to the database.)
