Problems with national characters

P: n/a
Hallo!

I've got a problem with INSERT statment which includes any special
(national) character. It ends with [unixODBC][IBM][iSeries Access ODBC
Driver][DB2 UDB]SQL0104 error.
It's strange because isql utility executes the same statement without
any problem.

Below I attached details of my configuration
locale LANG=pl_PL
LC_CTYPE="pl_PL"
LC_NUMERIC="pl_PL"
LC_TIME="pl_PL"
LC_COLLATE="pl_PL"
LC_MONETARY="pl_PL"
LC_MESSAGES="pl_PL"
LC_PAPER="pl_PL"
LC_NAME="pl_PL"
LC_ADDRESS="pl_PL"
LC_TELEPHONE="pl_PL"
LC_MEASUREMENT="pl_PL"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="pl_PL"
LC_ALL=pl_PL
/opt/ibm/iSeriesODBC/bin/cwbnltbl

cwbnltbl - Download conversion table utility
Usage: cwbnltbl source-code-page target-code-page [host] [uid] [pwd]
Linux locale codeset=ISO-8859-2 ccsid=912

My connection string in php script:
$dsn = "DRIVER=iSeries Access ODBC
Driver;SYSTEM=10.1.1.10;CCSID=912;UNICODESQL=1";

Thank You for any hints
