Production Support Analyst Needed

Position: PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: until 09/2005
Rate: 20.00-30.00 per hour

The client is looking for candidates with heavy monitoring experience
on a large IBM Mainframe. The manager would prefer Zeke/Zebb experience
however will look at candidates with only Zeke experience. Candidates
will be responsible for maintenance and restoration of the production
environment in down-time situations. In addition, this position is
responsible for 1st level break-fix, evaluating error-prone procedures,
recommending improvements and implementation to improve the stability
and reliability of the environment. The work is minimally supervised in
a 24X7X365 fast-paced environment. Requirement is to work any shift.
This position is primarily for the off-shifts, B 3:45-12:30 AM and C
11:45-8:30 AM. Candidates MUST HAVE experience in ALL of the following:
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, Phone Support,
Production Control, JCL SAP R2, SAP R3, DB2 and Zeke/Zebb. Candidates
must be able to pass a credit/ background/ drug check and work in a
smoking environment.
