multilanguage problem

Hi

Our simple infrastucture:
- Server -Win2k3 PL, DB2 8.2.2
- Clients (Control Center, Command Center) - WinXP SP2 PL, ADCL 8.2.2

We have some polish databases on server, we run Command Center on
workstations (pl), connect to db, everything OK.

Now we need work with german databases.
I created db (CREATE DATABASE DE_DB ON 'D:' USING CODESET 1252 TERRITORY DE
COLLATE USING SYSTEM;)
When I try connect to DE_DB from Command Center (on server, on workstation)
I recived error
SQL0332N Can not convert data from source codepage "1250" to destination
codepage "UNKNOWN". Reason code "1". (my translation)

1. How can I solve this problem and connect with polish and german databases
( from CC on server and worstations) ?
2. Can I change language of Command Center and messages retrived from
database? If yes, how?

Open a PMR with IBM. If enough of us yell about their lousy language support
in the Java tools on Windows, perhaps they'll finally do something other
than telling us to use the same language everywhere (i.e. that's what I got
told by IBM about our mixture).

We're currently ensuring that everything is English, except for the database
itself.
