Simple question

P: n/a
Not feeling especially sharp tonight, I couldn't find the reference to
this:

given:
select * from table where name = 'text'

What is the correct esacpe character to use when 'text' is a name like
O'Malley? I' drawing a blank in a serious senior moment.
