Strange request because the information doesn't really give you anything
useful. If you have just one simple query running once a year that
benefits from the index, and the same query w/o the index is just slightly
slower, then the index is used. But that's not helpful to decide if the
index should remain.
You could run the Index Advisor for your work load and see if it suggests
the index in question. If not, then you might be able to do away with the
index.
