win98

Where can I download db2 personal edition for win98? I have checked the IBM
site and can't find anything, although apparently 6.1 worked on win98.

DB2 PE is no longer supported on W98. Previously (e.g. V6.1) it was
"supported" in the sense that if you were very lucky it might have sort of
worked, on a good day, between problems (e.g. like the rest of W98).

The DB2 client can be installed on W98 and WME, but the database engine
needs a real operating system, not a GUI on top of DOS. You'll need to
install Windows 2000/XP before you can install DB2 PE.
