db2_all/rah completed rc=-10 on Windows 2000

Hi,

I am running DB2 v8.1 ESE on Windows 2000 and have a single instance on
my machine with 3 nodes.

When I attempt to run *any* command using db2_all I get the following
output (my machine name replaced with <hostname>):

C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN>db2_all "wibble"

rah: <hostname>

<hostname>: wibble completed rc=-10

rah: <hostname>

<hostname>: wibble completed rc=-10

rah: <hostname>

<hostname>: wibble completed rc=-10

I'm assuming this is an error with rah because when I run rah by
itself, I get the following:

C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN>rah "wibble"

rah: <hostname>

<hostname>: wibble completed rc=-10

My db2nodes.cfg file looks fine, and I have created a db2rav.env file
with the appropriate contents. My guess is that it's attempting to use
rsh and my Windows installation doesn't support it??
Any help would be very greatly appreciated

Thanks

Will
