DB2 Personal Edition License Question

Hi all!

I just read DB2 UDE's license and found that it only restricts the use
of Personal Developer Edition but not the Personal Edition. Does this
mean I can use it for *any* purpose?

It says only one user is allowed in PE. There seems to be no other
restriction.

BTW if it's really free for any purpose I will throw away sql server
2005 and use it for my project :)
