Bookish Question Regarding DYNAMIC RESULT SETS

Dear Faculties,
I have a query on this statement..
===============================
CREATE PROCEDURE Check_Manage ( )
DYNAMIC RESULT SETS 1
==============================
I want to know the meaning of
===============================
DYNAMIC RESULT SETS 1
===============================
Db2Pdf telling
---------------------
indicate the number of result sets that it returns with the
DYNAMIC RESULT SETS clause.
---------------------
Means Number of cursor declare in this procedure is define through this clause?
Because there is no output parameter to return.
If not please explain me.

Yes it means how many result sets are returned by the stored procedure
.. Which invovles the number of open cursors .If the results sets
returned are dynamically changing , this clause will help in better
optimization of the stored procedure execution.

Thanks
