Static SQL

Can anyone help me in providing the best way to identify / retrieve the
static SQLs running against the database dynamically ?

What do you mean by "running against the database dynamically"?

Are these SQL that are static in a host language?
Have you looked at the PLANS and PACKAGES in the system catalogs?
