Hi,
Another quick question on this subject (based on our observations).
We have 2 triggers(calling SPs) on the same table, which cause a -746
conflict.
- This is now our expected behaviour.
However, in this case, 1 of the triggers has a WHEN clause which should
mean it will not execute (in this scenario), but we still get the -746?
Is this because the -746 is actually raised by 'checking' for potential
conflicts rather than 'actual runtime' conflicts ?
i.e can trigger WHEN clause be used to circumvent -746?
Many thanks.
Paul.
