db2advis not working in 8.2

Hi,

I just upgraded a instance from 8.1 FP5 to 8.2 (FP7). Now when I run
db2advis I get the following:

SQL0805N Package "NULLID.DB2ADVIO 0X5142316D564F4A55" was not found.
SQLSTATE=51002

exiting with error code [-805]

If I then try to bind db2advio.bnd as follows:
db2 bind db2advio.bnd grant public

I get:
LINE MESSAGES FOR db2advio.bnd

SQL0061W The binder is in progress.

I've checked the release notes and readme and it is not stating anything
regarding migrating the database or so nor to run anything else (except for
instance migration and rebinding offcourse).

Does anyone know how to fix this?

You might need to run db2updv8 command.
