2. Did EEE v7.1/7.2 have replication center, or a data joiner
necessary for replication?
3. What is Data Propogator? How is it different from data joiner? Is
Data Propagator available for ESE?

What do you want to do? If you just want to replicate DB2 data, replication
center is ok. Data joiner is a tool to access heterogeneous datasource and
is replaced by DB2 Information Integrator.
