8.2 registry differences

We've got someone here trying to set the DB2_SQLROUTINE_COMPILE_COMMAND and
DB2_SQLROUTINE_COMPILER_PATH registry values, but when we do a db2set -all,
the changes don't show up. A db2set -lr fail to show the 2 variables (not
that that means anything. I've come across hidden vars before).

You can change them in 8.1 FP5, so I'm guessing the values were removed
in Stinger. Can anyone confirm this or offer a work around?

Thanks.

Yes, you don't need a C compiler with 8.2 so these registry values
are not used anymore.
