Warning message in Linux db2 8

Environment:
Linux version 2.4.21-15.ELsmp (bh*******@bugs.build.redhat.com) (gcc
version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-34)) #1 SMP Thu Apr 22
00:18:24 EDT 2004
DB2 8.1.0-48
In this environment i get always the following messages in
/var/log/messages.
Is that important? Can i get rid of this messages? Or do i have to
change something in the system configuration?
Oct 10 06:42:13 lwsbw kernel: application bug: db2fm(27322) has SIGCHLD
set to SIG_IGN but calls wait().
Oct 10 06:42:13 lwsbw kernel: (see the NOTES section of 'man 2 wait').
Workaround activated.

Hi Wolfgang:

The message is harmless (but annoying). You're on V8.1 FixPak 5, the
message should stop being issued after you apply FixPak 7a.
